The weight range is between 7-35 pounds.
0-24 or xs-3xl
There is no limit as to how long you can wear your baby, as long as positioned ergonomically. It's basically limited by how long you want to go between diaper changes. Just go with what you and your baby are comfortable with.

Our luxury carriers are composed of a super soft (baby skin friendly!) and breathable cotton/linen blend or 100% cotton, depending on the color. (90% cotton 10% linen) or (100% Cotton) see item description.
Yes. We use safe non-toxic dyes. We provide qualified products that meet EN and ASTM quality standards, and most products meet oekotex grade certification.
Our carriers are carefully designed with hip safety in mind. It is important to remember that hip safety comes down to the correct positioning of any given carrier. The deep sitting or "M" position must be achieved, where the baby's knees are higher than the hips and the weight is mainly supported by the hips, not below the knees. We always recommend that you consult a pediatrician or specialist for specific advice for your child's needs! Check that your baby is in this deep sitting position every time you put your baby in the carrier.

Yes! We are happy to ship worldwide. Currently, we offer shipping to the United States, Europe, Oceania, and Canada. For other international shipping inquiries, please contact us, and we will assist you with completing your purchase.

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you can email service@nestblanche.com to request a return within 30 days of receiving your product if you are not satisfied with the item.
We accept refunds under the following conditions:
RETURN CONDITIONS: Refunds are only available for unused, original merchandise with all original tags and packaging. We will not issue refunds for items that have been used or are no longer in original condition.
defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at service@nestblanche.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a return or replacement.
Return Process:

After the return request is approved: we will provide you with a return mailing service with instructions on how and where to send the package.
In order to facilitate your timely return, you need to contact service@nestblanche.com and we will inform you of the specific return address. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please be sure to note that any items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges:
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for shipping costs, depending on the courier company chosen.
However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving damaged or incorrect merchandise, the consumer will not be required to pay shipping charges for this.
Refund Process:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days. It is important to note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. This may vary depending on the volume of orders, and may take longer in high volume orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your item ships! International orders may be subject to customs delays and fees. My tracking information says my package was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do? We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office as soon as possible to see if they can provide any assistance in locating the package.
